Welcome to Bailey Mews!

Bailey Mews Management Company

Situated within a short walk of the Cambridge city centre and close to the River Cam, Bailey Mews nevertheless offers a quiet and secluded location in which to reside. Bailey Mews Management Company, in which all owners of the flats have shares, owns the freehold, manages the apartments and looks after the communal area.

Bailey Mews comprises 39 flats in two main blocks. A small block of 9 flats overlooks Midsummer Common; the larger block of 30 flats is set between Midsummer Common and Newmarket Road. There are 13 two bedroom flats with patio gardens on the ground floor, 13 two bedroomed flats on the first floor, and 13 three bedroom duplex apartments on the upper floors. All have a connection to a communal TV aerial and wired for cable. There is also a secure bike shed and a re-cycling centre.

Bailey Mews is the perfect place for professional people, providing a quiet, welcoming ambiance whilst being within easy reach of the modern shopping and entertainment facilities within the Grafton Centre as well as the traditional romantic image of Cambridge - punting and rowing on the river Cam, the parks, the Colleges and historic city. The residents of Bailey Mews form a friendly, multicultural community.

Every year, in the summer the Bailey Mews Management Company organises a barbeque in the communal gardens. Residents are invited to bring food and drink for sharing with their neighbours. This gives an opportunity for people to know each other and this helps to create a community feeling.
